Heat Transfer is a labeling technology in which reverse printed labels are transferred off of a special release liner onto the container using heat and pressure.
Heat transfer provides a seamless, aesthetic, "no-label" look while offering virtual 360-degree application. This technology is applicable to a variety of shapes and sizes of containers (from two ounces to five gallons) with extreme accuracy of label placement. Heat transfer affords greater adhesion and durability, even in high moisture environments. These labels are fully recyclable without removing them from the container. They are also squeeze and product resistant, light fast and have a high degree of ink opacity. Rotogravure print quality expands graphic capabilities by the use of process color, brilliant metallics and glowing fluorescents. And frost effects are attainable without the high cost and environmental impact of acid etching on glass.

Company Introduction:
When Hungyuan was founded in 1992, the company′s single business was to provide customized heat transfers for textiles and apparel, its assets include 4 semi-auto screen print machines, 1 die-cut machine and 30 employees. With continuous efforts and enthusiasm of Hungyuan people, business kept growing step by step.
In 1998, we introduced 2 rotogravure presses to produce heat transfer films for plastic decoration. Local stationery brands including Beifa, Deli, M&G had come to us because of the good quality control of us. Some international brands has also began to work with us, mainly in staionery fields.
In 2000, we become China′s only manufacture who can provide automatic heat transfer labeling solution for plastic container decoration. Our labeling lines are assembled in SINOPEC, the largest oil refiner in China. Before that, the company can only import these labels from US.
Today, in a span of 17 years, Hyprint have not just grown in size and volume but also in number of valued customers that kept us one step ahead in implementing future technology. Our continuous efforts in heat transfer printing have made us the most professional provider in this field.
